What to include in your message

Include your order number so we can answer in one reply. It helps to add:

1. Your order number, from your confirmation email.
2. The product name and color you are asking about.
3. A photo, if your question is about damage, a defect or a wrong item.
4. What you would like us to do: refund, exchange, replacement or an answer to a question.

Support by phone and email

We answer the phone Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET. If we cannot take your call, leave a message with your name and order number, and we get back to you within 1 business day. For damage, a defect or a wrong item, email is faster because you can attach photos. Messages sent outside our support hours, or on weekends and US federal holidays, are answered on the next business day. Every email reply comes from support@merrybazaar.com, so please add that address to your contacts to keep our emails out of your spam folder.

Mailing address and returns address

Use the right address for the right purpose.

• Returns and exchanges: Send packages only to our returns center in Coppell, Texas, using the prepaid label we email you. Start a return by email first. See our Refund & Returns policy.
• Letters and legal notices: Send them to our registered office address in Hong Kong.

Do not send returned items to the Hong Kong address. That address is a registered office that handles mail only, so a return sent there will not reach our returns team.
