Product photos and colors
Colors can look different on your screen than in person. Screen settings, lighting and devices change how a color appears. The color you select at checkout determines the item you receive. If a color is not what you expected, you can return or exchange it, unused, within 30 days of delivery.
Sizes, materials and origin
We list sizes, weights and materials only after our supplier confirms them. Measurements are approximate and can vary slightly between batches. Our products are imported and ship from our supplier's warehouse in mainland China.
Safe use with pets
No toy is indestructible, and every pet plays differently. Choose a toy that suits your pet's size and chewing habits, supervise play, and take a toy away once it cracks, frays or loses parts. Put wand and string toys away after play, because pets should not be left alone with string or line. If your pet swallows part of a toy, contact your veterinarian.
