What to include
- Your order number, if you have one. It is in the confirmation email and starts with #.
- What you need: a cancellation, a return, a size exchange, a size question, or a problem with the pair you received.
- For a size question: your foot length and the size you usually wear.
- For a damaged or wrong pair: two photos, one of the whole pair and one of the problem.
Time zones
We answer the phone and read email Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time. A message sent on Friday evening gets a reply on Monday. Cancellations are the exception: see the 12-hour rule in the shipping policy, and put the word CANCEL in the subject line so we see it first.
Where to send a return
Send returns to our returns center at 850 North Lake Dr, Coppell, TX 75019, after you email us for a return authorization. We send you a prepaid label, so you do not pay postage. Do not send returns to our Richmond mailing address. The full procedure is in Returns and refunds.
